Job Description : SENIOR MANAGER COMMERCIAL FINANCE UAE Dubai Up to AED 48,000 + family medical + air tickets Global Professional Service based organisation is seeking to recruit a strategic-minded Commercial Finance Senior Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an industry leader transforming and participating in local and global commercial finance initiatives. Responsibilities · Lead, drive and manage multiple transformation projects in various commercial finance scenarios · Upgrade reporting and bring insights to leadership to improve understanding of business performance, pricing, ROI and allocation of investment budgets · Seek opportunities for continuous improvement in the commercial finance and planning processes, initiating, designing and issuing polices, implementing processes cross function and cross system · Take leadership of Commercial projects and change management initiatives · Provide finance commercial support, take responsibility for financial controls and analysis of client cases, taking corrective measures on absorption, provisions and reserves · Critical thinker and technical expert who uses logic to solve complex finance problems · Manage multiple stakeholders on a regional and global level Requirements · University degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable institution. Professional Accounting Qualification/MBA preferred · 10-15 years experience in a professional service-based organisation with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial capacity · Strong interpersonal and communication skills · Ability and willingness to provide a wide range of financial services from routine to complex · Competent to lead a wide range of people and personalities · Excellent English skills (verbal and written communication)
