With increasing demand and new product introductions, they are currently looking for a Manager/Senior Manager-Operations to be an integral part of their business to assist and continue their current growth. Job Description Job Description Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be handling Supply Chain and Logistics-related operations for various accounts across APAC. You have to ensure process integration is achieved across the organisation on a global as well as regional level. Additional Responsibilities: • You will manage projects and implement them for the clients that you manage. • To manage the 3PLs to ensure KPIs are established and met by continuous performance review. • Improve efficiency of warehouse processes and logistics to ensure timely arrival of inventory (multi-brands) into the warehouse productivity and a high level of customer satisfaction for own warehouse. • Manage inventory of all items held in the warehouse to ensure that the forecasted demand meets with supply. • To ensure operational efficiency and minimizing service failures to the customers and ensuring a fail proof inventory control of customers' goods. • Inventory replenishment and shipment tracking. • Continuous review of storage capacity and space planning. • Manage Warehouse / Logistics Centre costs and identify potential savings. • Handling multiple projects concurrently. • Identify project delivery risks and potential opportunities for the business. • Stakeholder engagement - internally and externally. • Process improvement and risk management - identifying gaps and opportunities. The Successful Applicant You must have a Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain and significant years of experience in 3PL/4PL environment within Logistics or Supply Chain areas are preferred. You should be able to work independently and also possess strong leadership experience with good communication skills.
