Job Description : Base Oil Procurement Manager | Dubai This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Procurement Manager - Base Oil for a leading Lubricants Manufacturing Company in Dubai, UAE. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the procurement of Base Oil across the region. The ideal candidate will have experience and a GLOBAL NETWORK in the procurement of Base Oil. Ability to work independently with minimum direction, meet deadlines and represent and explain company operations to prospective suppliers. You will lead strategic sourcing efforts with Oil suppliers in the Middle East, proficient written and oral English, with excellent leadership and/or supervisory skills. A major focus of this role will be understanding Base Oil, global sourcing, pricing, managing complex relationships with long term partners, and as well as managing complex data. This role is based in Dubai and applications are invited from outside UAE too!
