Job Description : REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER KSA FOR SUPPLY CHAIN a leading supply chain solutions business, providing high quality end-to-end supply chain management and operations across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. Have you got a minimum of 5 years experience managing in an omni-channel (B2B, B2C, E-Commerce) Supply Chain / 3PL environment? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting to the National Operations Director Fully responsible for the planning of loads and the day to day operation of the warehouse Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers Maintain a clear track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services Direct, optimise and co-ordinate full order cycle Manage in-bound and out-bound movements of stock Ensure good warehousing practices and resource optimisation – labour, equipment, facilities etc. Manage and replenish inventory and stock levels for customers Implement and improve KPIs for warehouse performance Managing costumer complaints / specific requirements Managing warehouse budget (Billing / Cost / Assets / expenses / P&L) Managing the Annual inventory count (Wall to wall count / Reconciliation / Adjustments) Planning for continuous development (SOP’s / Operation process / System process) Ensuring compliance of QHSE, HACCP & GMP requirements in line with company policies. KEY INGREDIENTS Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a mid-level management position in warehousing and logistics Ideally WMS implementation experience Multi-category Supply Chain / 3PL across B2B, B2C and E-Commerce omni-channel experience would be desirable Strong leadership and interpersonal /communication skills Excellent command of English is essential Proven experience in order management, demand / supply planning, inventory control, logistics and warehousing.
