Job Description : EXPORT MANAGER DUBAI Are you an experienced business development / sales professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry across the Middle East? Do you have a proven track record of developing new business opportunities in highly competitive, developing markets? If you can answer yes to these questions, then apply today! You will responsible for achieving sales and actively growing markets by acquiring new customers and maximising revenue potential with current partners for international export markets. To be successful in this role, you will need to have the drive and passion to execute in the markets you are responsible for therefore you will need to lead from the front! We are looking for people who love to hunt and thrive when beating their competition balanced with the ability to ensure delivery to customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Ensuring annual sales growth in different market segments with local distribution support in assigned territories. · Ensure the required sales growth for the division to achieve sales budgets and profitability goals. · Work independently using expert sales and application knowledge to develop and increase sales and effective technical backup service to major accounts within the required markets. · Maintain and improve Clients share at key accounts providing technical, commercial, and logistic support in coordination of other Clients department. · Identify and implement business development projects utilizing strong technical sales skills throughout the countries under your responsibility. · Identify opportunities and set up local partners to develop client access to end-use customers. Submit regular progress reports. · Assist in development of annual marketing plan, budget, and strategic plan, and prepare market surveys. KEY INGREDIENTS · Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or any related field · Minimum of 8 years of sales management experience within the Food and Beverage or FMCG Industry with a track record of developing international markets with an existing product portfolio particularly within Asian and GCC market. · Excellent sales, communication and negotiation skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers · A self-motivated and results-driven individual who enjoys leading from the front and executing in the market. ·
