Job Description : COO ABU DHABI FOR OIL/GAS/ENERGY 25+ years experience Preferably from Oil and Gas/Energy Industry experience ONLY since company comes with unique Operational Model (evolved from the drawbacks of the current industrial practices) and extensive global experience of successfully delivering Inspection Services , supporting Asset Owners, Operators, EPC's and OEM's across the Oil and Gas, Marine, - Petrochemical, Mining and Power Industries which has proven to be a winning combination. CANDIDATES WITH GLOBAL EXPERIENCE IS MUST . Purpose of the Role : - The Chief Officer establishes the overall strategy and direction for the organization, including the organization's vision, objectives and strategies and drives organizational development with respect to Service Quality, Innovation, Delivery Execution and technical excellence to achieve desired strategic business goals. - This role is responsible to Leads the company and team to higher levels,make major corporate decisions, manage the overall operations and resources of the company, act as the main point of communication between the CEO / Board of directors (the board) and corporate operations . He drives the performance of the organization by setting business goals and performance indicators, and ensuring profitable revenue growth. He develops the organization by shaping culture, values and behavior, and leads networking with key strategic stakeholders. Role Accountability : - Oversee daily operations of the company (Operations, IT, Finance etc.) - Lead the sales, business development, and marketing functions. - Set operational direction for the organization - Lead a specific strategic imperative undertaken by management, such as a turnaround, significant organizational change, or business expansion - Drive organizational effectiveness and performance - Establish policies that promote company culture and vision. - Drive continuous improvement - Ensure Compliance in all functions to legal and industry standards and rules Qualification Post graduate in Management/ Professionally qualified or Bachelors degree holder in Engineering
