Job Description : SALES MANAGER KSA FOR 3PL leading supply chain solutions business, providing high quality end-to-end supply chain management and operations across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. The core operations of the organisation are omni-channel fulfilment and transportation services, with region wide coverage. This business is providing the expertise to unlock your business mission, be that rapid growth, cost release, customer service transformation, new sales channel or scalability pathway to success. The Sales Manager will report to the Sales Director and assist with the development of new business accounts across the Region. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for maintaining existing relationships with current clients and conducting presentations and making contact with new potential customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and pursue new business opportunities through regular contact with potential customers & close analysis of the market Responsible for managing the sales team and ensuring that sales targets are met Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence Contribute to the long-term profitability of the business through innovative thinking and aggressive sales activities Undertake cross selling and up selling within existing customer database to further develop account potential, value added products and contract logistics Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status Co-ordinate and maintain close working relationships with the Customer Service, Operations, Contract Logistics team and other departments to develop out of the box solutions in supporting new and existing customers Participate in recruitment, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives. KEY INGREDIENTS Degree in Business Administration, or a related field Passionate, dynamic mindset who can thrive when given accountability and the opportunity to be entrepreneurial Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales role creating tailored solutions within the supply chain and logistics industry, across the GCC GCC experience as a 3PL Sales Representative or Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets Strong knowledge of industry trends and ability to identify new potential market Proven track record of achieving sales targets Excellent communication skills and adaptability to different environments Strong Interpersonal and negotiation skills.
