Market Place Manager

Job Description : Marketplace Manager for one of the biggest e-commerce company of UAE. Job Description: The Marketplace Manager will be accountable for shaping and delivering Clients marketplace offering. The Marketplace Manager will be responsible for building the strategy and roadmap and managing operations and performance. This position will report to the GM - eCommerce and will be a member of the Digital Leadership team where they will be a contributor to the overall Digital strategy. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Principal Accountabilities 1. Lead the marketplace team through the process of designing and delivering a digital solution that solves business problems and captures opportunities, ensuring both creativity and relevance 2. Prepare and present marketplace vision and proposal to the leadership team and wider organization - outlining how new business opportunities are expected to promote business growth and profitability 3. Define the vision, customer experience and business strategy of the new marketplace offering 4. Create a full P&L forecast and activities to effectively deliver against it.
