Job Description : MARKETING HEAD, DUBAI KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and build strategic marketing plans and programs for the brand to achieve corporate objectives in terms of revenue, profitability and market share Responsible for developing and growing the brand in the market through different tactics Prepare the annual budget and business plan of the entity in line with the company’s year-end targets Analyse marketing trends and market situation in the region in order to adjust strategy and tactics, as well as identify opportunities to increase sale and recommend future product development Develop effective pricing strategies and market evaluations, while coordinating with the sales department to build pricing models Initiate and implement regional in-store events, media and PR relations, sponsorship Negotiate and monitor vendor terms to ensure marketing expenses are in line with the budget Conduct market research on products Manage the marketing team to ensure financial targets are met, brand positioning is consistent and relationships with third parties are maximised Develop and build promotional campaigns and activity calendar to increase sales while measuring customer satisfaction. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related fields At least 5 years of experience in directing and leading a marketing function of an food and beverage manufacturing company in the GCC Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills Strong drive for results.
