10 yearsJob Description : FP& A HEAD MEIA Reporting to the CFO MEIA, the Head of FP&A MEIA is a critical position in the organization. This position leads the FP&A Department, with oversight on the Region's Planning, Forecasting and Budgeting cycle and managerial reporting for all Brands across all markets. It is also responsible to ensure the integrity of financial data and directly involved in continuous improvement of processes and systems. This position has significant strategic involvement both in business development and in operations and contributes to the optimization of the region's business model. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Financial Planning and Forecasting · Leads and drives the Regional Strategic Business Planning with 3 Year Plans and delivery on strategic objectives in order to achieve the MEIA growth targets. · Supervises the timely preparation, analysis and submission of Brands Budgets Latest Estimates and monthly rolling forecasts in the Group's financial reporting systems, in line with Brands and Group requirements and standards, at local and Regional levels. · Leads the financial planning & construction of budgets of Richemont Functions for UAE and the Region. Builds Regional calendar, ensures timely and accurate delivery of local entities exercises, and consolidates; analyses, proposes recommendations, and presents Regional Budgets and Latest Estimates to Regional Management and the Group · Provides strategic input in the business while focusing with the head of Functions on operational efficiencies that generate cost savings around the region. This enables providing recommendation & support for decision taking in terms of process optimization and capital allocation requirements Capital allocation: · Responsible for validation of Capex investment requests across the region based on business acumen, alignment with relevant stakeholders, sound financial analysis and proper allocation of funds and resources across Brands and Markets. · In charge of "post-investment" audits for major investments such as warehousing, new or renovated retail shops and e-commerce. Commercial and Supply Chain Finance · Lead from a finance perspective on new major investment opportunities, these may include joint ventures, integration of Brands, strategic partnerships, new markets or other growth routes. · Responsible for providing financial advice and insights to the Richemont and Brands' leadership teams on all commercial related matters including revenue, marketing investment and new business opportunities to improve business performance and support decision-making. · Having the ability to translate financial and non-financial revenue and marketing metrics into actionable operating plans to support key stakeholders in driving the business forward. · Support the logistics and operations team, managing a large P&L cost base · Assess logistics operational flows from a financial but also a compliance and tax perspective in order to ensure optimization and minimal costs. Monthly Closing and Reporting · Working efficiently with the Accounting team, ensuring that all relevant accounting entries are booked properly, in line with IFRS and Group standards. · Coordinates and validates the completion of the monthly Group Management Reporting. · Supervises the timely and accurate production of monthly reports to Brands and Richemont functions (sales reports, detailed P&Ls, Capex monitoring, scorecards, adhoc analysis). Process improvement and automation · Guides the implementation of process improvement and automation tools. · Develops the data visualization and business intelligence capabilities of the organization. Team Management · A senior member of the MEIA Finance Leadership Team · Based in Dubai, Leads a team of 14 Regional Business Controllers · Grows the FP&A expertise in all markets of the region PROFILE · University Master Degree in Finance / Business School / Engineering School · 10-15 years of successful professional experience in Business Controlling · High mental agility and ability to deal with complex projects · Strong finance technical skill and accuracy · Strong Team Management & development abilities · Leadership / Pro-activeness / Innovation ability · Communication skills / ability to interact with multiple and different stakeholders · Strong in managing challenging partnerships through complex matrix organizations · High agility to work in a high-intensity environment & fast pace market · Fluent in English, French is a plus · SAP ERP deep knowledge is a must
