Job Description : Managing Director UAE Salary 70000 aed plus bonus and benefits - Plan, develop, and execute strategic initiatives in support of the company's vision - Identify growth and revenue opportunities - Lead acquisition strategies - Monitor and measure marketing initiatives; ensure brand messaging is consistent in all channels - Ensure company compliance with all processes and standards - Manage sales, customer support, and operations team among others - Further enhance operational efficiencies - Cultivate company culture - Recruit, build, and manage staff - Collaborate with key internal and external partners MBA, with at least 10 years relevant work experience in a similar role and capacity; very strong background in either Industrial Kitchen or Manufacturing - Excellent English verbal and written communication skills - Demonstrated experience in Process Improvement, Strategic Planning, Quality Management among others - Very strong leadership skills, independent, and can work with tight deadlines Thrives in a fast paced, multi project environment
