Job Description : COUNTRY HEAD PHARMA DRC 10+ years experience · Management of sales promotion, marketing, business development, local team management and development, distributor management · Responsible for exploring market, identify potential customers, and promotion through workshops, conferences and other promotional activities · Co-ordinating and managing customers including KOLs, distributor, tender authorities, ministry of health, & other govt. officials for business · Co-ordinating with head office, India for the execution of business to ensure smooth supply · Planning & implementation of the strategies in country making it a profitable business centre Desired Candidate Profile · Enthusiastic and Energetic · Must be fluent in Russian language or French( depending on Posting) · Must have marketing experience in the Central Asian/Francophone(French Speaking) African region · Intercultural team management skills · Having 07-10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical sales · Demonstrates understanding of current selling environment · Develops trust, respect, and a working relationship with customers · Graduate, preferably science/ pharma graduate, management post graduate
