Job Description : Sales & Marketing Head NIGERIA Reporting to: Director Leadership role to drive business growth in new products in FMCG and Agri sector and Business growth strategies in existing and New products. while focusing on establishing Brand as road for future products. Revenue· Margin· Collections· Brand building (market share)· Customer satisfaction Index: Channel partners; end users· Understand Market survey and customer needs· Build key growth strategies, tactics and action plans.· Successfully execute strategy for products, Pricing, Promotion, profitability,·Packaging, Place. Ensuring up sales realisation and cash flow strictly in line with strategy.· Setting distribution channel and coordinate with Operations to ensure· availability in line with market demand Build team to execute strategy across geography(Nigeria)· Establish and nurture Brand for future Growth.· Keep updated on latest technology, changes in demand and factors affecting· sales and profit. Developing relationships with clients· Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events· Maximising new business development opportunities.· Preparation and sharing of MIS reports with Board periodically.· o Excellent sales and negotiation skills o Good business sense o The ability to motivate and lead a team o Initiative, drive and enthusiasm o Excellent communication skills o Good planning and organisational skills o The ability to work calmly under pressure o Good IT, budget and report writing skills MBA in Marketing with 15+ yrs. of work experience in FMCG sector preferably· in Oral or personal care
