Job Description : GM GHANA FOR BEVERAGES Sound knowledge in CSD lines, water treatment and plastic PET preforms with Husky lines. Planning & executing production operations with focus on cost control, enhancing efficiency, optimizing resource utilization & reducing wastages. Representing Unit in monthly MIS Meeting. Contributing the engineering and managerial inputs in the areas of installation, commissioning, operations and maintenance of all major equipments and machines of the company. Mapping consumption pattern of spares and driving procurement initiatives to ensure availability of reasonable stocks of critical and running spares. Providing constructive leadership to team members and facilitating their all-round personal and professional development. Effectively provided training to all the production staff about process, wastage safety, customizing the machine design to match the required quality and production. Experience: 15-20 years into beverage and PET manufacturing companies. Prior Africa work experience is mandatory. Qualification: B.E/ Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
