Job Description : Chief Operations Officer (Manufacturing) Industry: Paints and Specialty Chemicals only Ideal candidate should come with 25 to 35 years of strong Manufacturing experience from the paints/coatings/specialty chemicals industry. 1. You should be managing large scale manufacturing and supply chain operations with overall revenues of 1500+ crores. 2. You must carry strong exposure at plant level in technical, safety, supply chain and logistics. 3. Expert at technical product knowledge in context to procuring raw material and commercial negotiations. 4. You have been leading large sized cross functional teams 5. You have exceptional skills at internal and external stakeholder management and vendor relationships. 6. You are currently drawing salary approx b/w 1.0 to 1.25 crores
