Chief Operating Officer

Job Description : COO DUBAI Chief Operating Officer - UAE Salary : 55000 AED plus benefits Responsibilities: - Manage the day to day operations of all the business units - Control and inventory plan the main warehouses - All main departments such as Sales, Marketing, Engineering, IT, ERP, Supply chain, HR and other departments will report directly into this role - Transform the operations of the group to be in line with worlds best manufacturing practices - Engage in key or targeted customer accounts - Prepare monthly reports for all business functions for the Board of Directors - Prepare and submit annual operational budgets & KPI's for approval, manage effectively the budget and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered. - preferably working in the same role - Experience working in the Middle East - 15-20+ years experience - Logical and methodical approach to problem solving - Bachelor's degree, (Masters degree or MBA -preferred but not essential)
