Export Sales Manager
10 yearsJob Description : EXPORT SLAES MANAGER KENYA 10+ years experience in alcoholic beverage industry out of which 5 in exports · Establish robust customer base in the region and generate sales volume growth for existing and new products · Implement Export sales programs by developing field sales action plans including roll out of SMART targets scheme for strategic distributors and channel partners · Grow sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors · Make daily contacts with all export market customers to establish their performance, challenges and opportunities in their areas · Ensure achievement of Export sales and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies including the pricing for different levels of distribution · Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI targets are met · Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition · Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales structure and manage the sales program accordingly · Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans · Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and document customer interactions JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS · Minimum of a Degree in Sales & Marketing or related field. · Minimum Five years experience in FMCG. Export Sales experience in the alchoholic beverage industry will be an additional advantage · Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. · Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. · Should be highly motivated and aggressive sales person. · industry as Alcohol Industry
