Job Description : GM Sales and Marketing -Malawi, Salary: (12-15 LPA) Exp 8+ years Qualification required: Master’s degree in sales, marketing or MBA Requirements: Should have knowledge and experience of generating leads through digital marketing. Aware of the latest market trends and shifts , as well as projections for the future. Evidence of ability to innovate and implement change successfully. Experience of managing a team of 15+sales executive operating at country level. Must be acquainted with large scale tenders and Tendering process. Job Responsibilities: Generate leads across Malawi & neighbouring countries. Designs& oversees all aspects of digital marketing department including marketing database , email , and displayadvertising campaigns.
