Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this is a role for a sales leader in the FMCG industry. About the Sales Director (FMCG) Role: The role is responsible for the development and implementation of the integrated country strategy towards achieving sales objectives, profit margin, and market share; overseeing sales, trade marketing and operations functions. Key Responsibilities: · Formulate commercial strategies for a start up business inclusive developing key accounts trading terms negotiations, promotion strategies, route-to-market via direct servicing model, improve sales force effectiveness, etc within Peninsula Malaysia · Drive disruptive trade marketing initiatives via best in class innovative strategies · Initiate distinctive sustainable strategies covering all channels such as modern trade and traditional trade · Provide accurate input into different analysis and reports To succeed in the Sales Director (FMCG) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with all the teams. Key Requirements: · Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent from any notable universities · Must have at least 15 years' work experience in sales within the FMCG industry; experience as a Sales Director is non-negotiable · Applicants with experience managing direct sales operations teams will be given a priority consideration · Application is open to both local and non local candidates; no relocation assistance is offered
