Job Description : CFO DUBAI 25+ years experience International Chief Financial Officer – Oil & Gas We are looking for a top tier, high calibre, seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join an Oil & Gas giant in the region. The focus of this role will be on Corporate Finance, Investor Relations and having the gravitas to take on new exciting expansion projects for the business globally. As the CFO you will be responsible for: · Managing the upstream businesses of the organisation, which is the largest revenue generator in the entire group · Identifying new business opportunities across the globe to bolster the businesses strategic position and competitive advantage · Formulating and developing high level strategies for the business and acting as a business partner to the executive board and C-Suite · Acting as the business spokesperson for any media release and interviews with large finance media houses As the CFO you will have/be: · A subject matter expert in the Oil & Gas industry with an established proven track record of working in upstream businesses · Superb experience in capital markets, investor relations, equity and debt markets with a strong focus on business development · Outstanding career trajectory having worked throughout geographical regions with high commercial activity in upstream · Fantastic communication and presentation skills, must be comfortable presenting at conferences and on television/business media
