National Accounts and Operations Manager 
10 yearsJob Description : NATIONAL ACCOUNTS AND OPERATION MANAGER NEW ZEALAND Work for a global personal care company with successful brands that are household names. Reporting to the NZ Director, this National Accounts & Operations Manager will be managing the Foodstuffs accounts nationally. You will ensure smooth operations of the key accounts team at head office as well as manage a third party sales partnership with 12 field staff nationally. Key responsibilities: • Effective relationship management across key accounts • Negotiate with suppliers/manufacturers on pricing of tender lines • Driving sales, marketing and NPD to optimise value • Manage a team of 3 direct reports, and 12 indirect territory managers and sales support staff Key requirements: • 10 years+ sales management experience within the FMCG, experience with Foodstuffs in the last 2 years is beneficial • Proven sales and business development experience • Ability to manage and lead a team • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement skills This role is strictly for Asians, company giving 3 years contract – visa criteria to be met by candidate
