Sales Head

Job Description : SALES HEAD EAST AFRICA FOR FERTILIZER COMPANY B.Sc (Agri) + MBA (Mktg) with 15 yrs+ Sales & Marketing experience in Fertilizers/ Agro- inputs companies. Operate independently and should be result oriented. As Head of Sales & Marketing will ensure that various blends of fertilizers which are made are sold as per budgeted targets. Will also ensure that the Branch network is properly monitored and targets are achieved. This is a field job and the candidate should be able to travel extensively on a regular basis. Shall in conjunction with the Head of Extension develop new markets and products. Africa experience desirable.
