Job Description : HR Director role with a Global Technology firm in Bangalore. The role will take care of India Operations & be the HRBP for the APAC Engineering Division. Ideal Profile will be an HR professional who is currently leading the HR function of a Global Technology Product firm with relevant experience in Stakeholder Management & Strategic HR Business Partnering. Must have managed 800 plus employee Strength organization with a Global Portfolio in a Product Tech Firm along with good Stability. Budget between 45 to 60lakhs fixed CTC + Other Benefits.
