Job Description Reporting directly to the Managing Director, Pacific Cluster, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible to: · Develop and execute the Indirect Sales operation and strategy for SEA markets · Build and enhance relationships with channel partners and stakeholders, to strengthen the collaboration and to establish a network of market intelligence · Knowledge excellence in SEA markets, especially the distribution channel for White goods, brown goods or other consumer goods · Ownership of the P&L · Lead product portfolio - product planning, product launches and competition tracking · Monitor demand generation activities to achieve maximum efficiency and achieve targets The Successful Applicant · Bachelor or master's degree in Business Administration/other related field · Minimum of 7 years' experience in Indirect sales and channel partner management · Proven leadership level competencies such as strategic orientation, stakeholder management, integrity, agility, managerial courage and team management · Knowledge of SEA market structure and distribution/service network and functioning
