Job Description : Vice President - Projects & Operations Distillery (Alcohol Based) - North India Skill & Expertise: • A Seasoned Professional with More than 25 years of Rich Experience in Profit Centre Operation, Production Management, Process Improvement, Technical Services & Resource Planning & Control in Fermentation & Distillation. • A Strategic Planner with Expertise in Preparing Production Budgets, Resource Planning & ensuring Completion of Projects Within the Time and Cost norms. • Competent in Erection & Commissioning/ Operation of Distillery, Tunnel Tray & Sieve Tray type, Atmospheric Distillation Column, MPR (Vacuum Distillation Plant) Plants. • Well Versed in Commissioning & Operation of Batch Fermentation, Alfa-Laval Continuous Fermentation & Praj Fed-Batch Fermentation, Biphasic & Monophonic Anaerobic Digestion, STP, SDP, RO, CPU, Incineration Boiler & Bio-Composting Plant. • Well Versed in Project Related Activities, Commissioning & Operation of MEE & Slope fired Incineration Boilers. • In Current Portfolio, Successfully Achieve Timely Installation and Commissioning of Various New Plant Facilities viz 47 TPH Slop Fired Incineration Boiler, Evaporator to Concentrate Raw Spent Wash, Decanter System etc.& their Streamlining & Stable Operations.
