Quality controller for a Plastic Production Manufacturing Company in Umm Al Quwain, UEA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Prepare various checklists for Quality control of Raw Materials, production materials, work in progress, and finished goods. • Identify and finalize the testing methodologies and tolerance levels • Preparing various documentation requirements for the quality control process • Conduct visual inspections of products to identify defects such as bubbles, wrinkles, and adhesive imperfections. • Perform tests on products to measure adhesion strength, thickness, and other specifications. • Maintain accurate records of inspection and test results. • Prepare reports on quality control findings and identify trends in product defects. • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures. • Work with production personnel to identify and resolve root causes of product defects. • Attend quality control meetings and training sessions. • Assist in developing, testing, and finalizing new products to be developed as per customer requirements or market demand. • A bachelor's degree in a field such as chemistry, materials science, or engineering is typically required. • A strong understanding of chemistry, physics, and material properties is essential for this role. • 10+ year of experience in quality control or a related field. • Familiarity with plastic adhesive tape manufacturing processes. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluency in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus
