Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, International Relations, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Overall, 10 Plus years of Experience with 5 plus years of experience in international business management, with a focus on exports. - Proven track record of achieving revenue and profit growth in international markets. - Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Effective communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to adapt to diverse cultural and business environments. - Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus. - Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
