En tant que conseiller(ère) de la Direction Générale, vous serez le (la) garant(e) de la bonne tenue de l'établissement des états financiers et de la comptabilité générale du projet notamment le compte de résultat, la trésorerie, le bilan et les rapports aux actionnaires et prêteurs. Vous devrez : - Assurer la bonne exécution de toutes les obligations sociales, comptables et fiscales, - animer le processus de prévision et d'analyse des résultats et recommandations, - mettre en place et suivre les tableaux de bord et les instruments d'analyse économique. Vous veuillez à la remontée des informations de gestion vers le siège et alertez le management sur les priorités de contrôle interne. Interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) des commissaires aux comptes et des tiers (avocats, conseillers fiscaux, administrations, banques...), vous avez une exposition opérationnelle importante. De formation supérieure en gestion de type école de commerce, vous avez Validé un module en Financement de Projet (via un MBA/Executive MBA ou formation complémentaire). Vous bénéficiez d'au minimum 8 années d'expérience professionnelle dans une fonction similaire. Vous maîtrisez idéalement le financement de projets d'infrastructure (Concession ou PPP) et vous avez de solides compétences en matière de gestion de projet, de leadership et d'organisation.
