Ensure timely dispatches aligned with customer orders and production output. Optimise logistics costs through route planning, freight negotiation, and carrier performance monitoring. 5. Supply Chain Optimisation Identify process improvements across procurement, warehousing, and logistics. Implement best practices in lean supply chain management and automation tools. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular management reports. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Production, QA/QC, R&D, Sales, and Finance teams to align supply chain operations with business needs.
