Identify quality/process related problems & provide solutions to improve on the same. Conduct quality awareness programs for production team. Create quality centric culture on the shop floor. After production conduct trials and testing. Verify and ensure all product specifications/ requirements. Handover sample product/final products to packing department. Prepare and maintain documents related to quality systems compliance. Provide support for quality and safety audits. Ensure compliance of standards. Delivery & Coordination Understand the delivery schedule and ensure timely supply of products for assembly department for testing. Achieve delivery targets. 5S & Kaizen Ensure implementation of 5S & Kaizen in your work area.
