CAPITAL PROJECTS MANAGER MENA Capital Projects Manager who will be responsible for succesfully managing the procurement, installation and commissioning of the site's project portfolio. Key Responsibilities: · You will be responsible for managing Cap-Ex projects, from inception to completion, over a multi-year duration with a portfolio size of £x to £x million. As the Capital Projects Manager, you will be professionally accountable for all aspects of assigned projects. · You will also be responsible for developing accurate Project Initiation, project cost estimates and fixed project budgets whilst managing the financial project spend through the project life cycle. · Planning and directing all engineers and designers working on the product development or project to ensure completion as efficiently as possible. · Leading a team of project engineers, you manage the preparation of the annual Capital Budget and directly provide Engineering feasibility, costing and timeline input. · You will represent the capital project team to all stakeholders of any aspect of the capital project program. Experience: · Degree level or equivalent in an engineering discipline and with professional chartership. · Hold a recognised PM qualification (APM Project Professional Qualification) · Experience managing multiple projects within the Chemical Manufacturing industry. · 5 years experience in a similar Project Management role. · Strong focus on continuous improvement and experience in Lean manufacturing.
