I am currently supporting the main contracting arm of a Tier 1 real estate development group with the appointment of a Project Director. This is a senior construction leadership position reporting directly to the General Manager, with responsibility for the successful delivery of major projects from a contractor perspective. The successful candidate must come from a strong main contracting background and have a proven track record of leading large-scale, complex projects through construction and handover.
