Direct and review the analysis and interpretation of statistical and accounting information for use in management decision-making. Maintain a regular review of income and expenditure to ensure cash flow is adequate to meet future business needs. Lead a robust budget and forecasting process including P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow forecasting. Understand and manage the IT infrastructure both from hardware & Software. Negotiate contracts with service providers appropriately to align decisions in line with the Digital Strategy manifested by the company. Experience in accounting for IFRS 16 lease rentals, IFRS 15 - Revenue Recognition and IFRS 2 for Inventory accounting. Ensure Financial Statements are prepared in line with AASB principles and work closely with Australian auditors and the Group Auditors based overseas to get the financials audited and lodged with ASIC.
