PLANT MANAGER NIGERIA Neveah Limited seeks to hire a qualified and technically competent Factory Manager/ Plant Head for its Aluminium and Copper Ingots Manufacturing Plant. The Factory, which is based in Sagamu, Ogun state will primarily recycle a broad range of scrap materials and convert them to usable Aluminium and Copper Ingots for different manufacturing purposes. Responsibilities The ideal Candidate will Factory Manager (Aluminium+Copper) but not limited to: •Run and manage the fabrication, assembly and installation of Aluminum and Copper. •Prepare material, quantity take off and fabrication cutting list. •Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed. •Prepare all required reports daily, weekly, monthly. •Estimate the Cost of Aluminum and Copper and prepare budget control. •Managing production and planning activities from preprocessing up to final inspection •Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations. •Working with the Human Resource Unit in Screening, recruiting and training new factory workers. •Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes. •Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order by monitoring maintenance schedule. •Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues. •Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers. •Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards. •Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production and Operations Management or related field Minimum of 10 years working experience in similar role An MBA in Management will be an added advantage Any additional relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage. Technical Competencies Sound analytical and people management skills.
