Direct the activities of the bank's compliance staff and liaison with regulatory agencies, internal and external advisors, and other internal control groups on compliance related issues. ? Works closely with management to establish an appropriate compliance culture throughout the bank including the development of specialized training programs. ? Ensure that Enhanced Due Diligence & STR filing procedures are followed on accounts with suspicious activity. ?
