COMMERCIAL FINANCE MANAGER VIETNAM The position provides a key source of financial expertise to the business unit. The Commercial Finance Manager interfaces with several functional areas including sales, trade marketing, marketing, research and development, planning, systems, and accounting. As an active contributor to commercial teams, the Commercial Finance Manager performs financial, business, and strategic analysis and recommends courses of action which would enable the unit to meet its financial and business objectives. Own P&L delivery of category via strong performance management and rigorous budgeting & forecasting process Performance management: analyse actual P&L, identify gap and work with commercial team for action plan or gap closing activities Provide category inputs i.e. volume, pricing, upgrade, trade and marketing spending, market research, trial run cost Understand the key drivers and validate forecast assumption by using analysis of change. In case there is a gap vs. plan/budget, work on mitigation plan Provide right & constructive challenges in S&OP process Control spendable budget of marketing including consumer RiR, A&P, marketing research and trial run for both BCC and FEM Perform financial analysis on cost structure (esp. during DTV) to ensure optimum costs Perform financial analysis on pricing to ensure optimal pricing within price index target Perform financial for BFC (Basis for commercialisation) for innovations and promotions Perform SKU rationalisation and make recommendations to streamline product portfolio Perform ROI & post evaluation for major projects Analyse investment options for emerging channels like E-commerce or chained M&B and for emerging portfolio like premium tier, exclusive packs or exclusive products Perform financial analysis on cost & price offering for Indochina business to ensure profitability Manage all spending types in Indochina including GTN, A&P and SG&A To succeed in this role, you must have good English communication skills. Key Requirements: University graduated - Accounting and Finance 12years of experience in a Business/Financial analysis position in a MNC environment Strong analytical thinking Good communication & interpersonal skills.
