Requirement • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and preferably with professional qualification(s). • Experience at a senior level within finance function, ideally directly supporting a Chief Finance Officer or a Financial Director. • Minimum 12 years in finance operations function with 5 years of managerial experience. • Proven experience in implementing continuous improvement processes for finance operations function. • Able to manage team of subordinates. • Team player with the ability to communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders.
