Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on HEMM performance, maintenance activities, and key metrics to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement. Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of heavy machinery mechanics, hydraulics, electrical systems, and diesel engines used in mining and quarrying operations. Maintenance Management: Proven experience in developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance plans, including preventative maintenance schedules. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians, fostering a culture of safety and accountability. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills to diagnose equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
