Master's degree is a plus Minimum of 15 years of work experience in relevant industries (eg. chemical / manufacturing / building materials) including relevant project / site operational experience in emerging countries, preferably in Africa. Excellent technical knowledge of key HSSE issues, standards (e.g. IFC, World Bank Group and AfDB standards and guidelines) and practices across a spectrum including development projects and operations.
