Salary: Competitive Responsibilities and requirement · Provide leadership, direction, and management of Operations and IT. · Responsible for channel management and field team management · Responsible to deliver targets for growth and collection. · Maintain portfolio growth whilst keeping bad debts low. · Be responsible for an effective overall management of the Operations of Mango finance, which include all operating regions and lending verticals. · Coordinate with digital/IT team. This includes giving the correct front-end requirements to the team. · Effectively manage the entire loan life cycle from collection to disbursement. · Provide strategic recommendation to CEO/MD and members of the executive management · Manage and review the credit policies and operating manuals of the lending business. · Advise on long term business and financial planning · Manage credit officers and risk management teams. · Formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives · Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team · Oversee the issuance of financial information. · Provide guidance and support to Head of Operations on overall management of operational activities, e.g. effective management, staff capacity development, credit and delinquency management, internal audit. · Review HR requirement and work with HR team in order to fill positions. · Report financial results to the board of directors · Assess and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile · Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies Requirement: · At least 10 year experience related to finance. · Must have worked in lending role either at Non-Bank financial company, Microfinance company, fintech, or leasing company. · Must have experiences in working in multiple countries. · To move to Cambodia with Family minimum 2 years contract.
