Tendering and Commercial Coordinator in Abu Dhabi UAE The Tendering and Contracts Coordinator plays a crucial role within the organization, reporting directly to the Business Development & Commercial Director. The primary purpose of this role is to oversee the appraisal and coordination of requests for ITT (Invitation to Tender), RFQ (Request for Quotation), RFI (Request for Information), and EOI (Expression of Interest), while ensuring the timely and professional submission of commercial and technical proposals. Key Responsibilities • Reports directly to the Business Development & Commercial Director. • Responsible for the overall appraisal of ITT, RFQ, RFI and EOI requests and overall coordination and formal submission of commercial and technical proposals • Reviews tender documents, appraises the scope of works, checks the feasibility for qualification, and prepares the requested tender information • Coordinates with relevant teams in Operations, HSEQ, Finance and Procurement department when gathering information to produce a robust technical proposal. • Coordinates and communicates proposal document delivery and costing requirements to the key support functions to meet proposal due dates while raising, tracking and documenting issues. • Prepares technical & commercial bids as per the tender requirements following a review process. • Ensures all the requirements of the tender documents are complete and accurate before submission • Completes the full tender lifecycle, from tender assessment, preparation of recommendations, preparation of technical & commercial proposals up to clarifications and eventual award. • Reviews relevant clauses of contracts and liaises with Insurance, QHSE, HR, Operation and Finance Departments to ascertain contractual compliance. • Initiates and updates Online / Offline Registration of the Company and prepares the documents, obtain relevant information for the Pre-qualification • Maintains all leads and tenders through the company CRM. • Leads marketing activities including participation in trade exhibitions. • Performs any other related duties as required by the Business Development & Commercial Director
