Target Production Review work progress of the department at regular intervals including meetings with sub-contractors and engineers to ensure smooth process as per plan. Plan, organize, execute generation of power as per target abiding all norms. Effectively allocating the resources optimizing the available time for enhancing profitability. Team Management Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes high performance continuous improvement, key employee retention and development. P& L Understanding Knowledge of P&L statements, budget preparation, budget Vs actual analysis etc. Health and Safety Overall responsibility for running the plant with particular focus on Health & Safety and also ensures that regulations regarding Labor law, environmental issues are met all times. Ensuring Site inspection and protocol acceptance by clients/government authorities for hazard free work environment.
