Reporting to - Retail logistics Mgr 8 yrs of relevant exp ideally in the Home furnishing industry Distribution Planning -Prepare a distribution matrix for stores to which replenishment and allocation can be planned and managed along with the demand planning & Commercial teams -Continually review store sales, space reviewing decisions on current assortments with the objective of giving a better solution of product to the customer's needs In Season Management -Monitor goods arrival into warehouse and ensure items are being displayed in the correct quantities as per store grade (Daily) -Ensure picks are running accurately and stock is arriving to stores in the correct manner (Daily) -Monitor Reports on Performance of Dept. / Class / Subclass (as applicable) along with the territory Retail Logistics Manager & Retail Team to identify any exceptions to Sales, Stock holdings and propose actions to the Planners / Buyers Warehouse / Store Visits. -Visit warehouses and Stores on an agreed frequency to better understand commercial issues and the visual / practical displays enhancing your personal capability to make decisions on stock for that store -Take weekly feedback from Warehouse /Store and make decision on stock in betterment of commercial issue. Systems Maintenance and Enhancement. -Ensure that there are adequate reports to measure performance to plan for all of the above -Ensure that any additional System requirements are communicated to the Management People Management -Monitor Trainee's / MA's development and facilitate complaint resolution Good knowledge of Merchandise planning, buying and branch planning Good knowledge of Retail Industry and products
