Reports to: Managing Director Direct reports: Production Manager, Leaf Manager, Procurement Manager, Operations Manager JOB PURPOSE: To lead the development and implementation of supply chain strategies, capabilities and initiatives to support supply chain performance that meets the organization short and long term goals. The role is responsible for sourcing or raw materials and overseeing all aspects of manufacturing and engineering to schedule, cost and quality commitments, for all product lines based on set business plans. MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Create savings within the entire organisation’s supply chain and aggressively pursue cost-saving opportunities with suppliers and other business partners Lead senior management routines to monitor core supply chain performance, including delivering against product and service level agreements and cost objectives.
