PIRCHASING MANAGER KSA FOR RAW MATERIAL · Work along with the Purchasing Director to develop and communicate a procurement business plan; establish, communicate and implement long-term goals for the department in order to promote effectiveness and efficiency · In charge of purchasing for Raw Material including importation from overseas · Responsible for contract negotiations with suppliers · Oversee contract development and administration · To provide the accurate information to financial department to secure the PO paperwork process as well as the manufacturing cost calculation · To provide the accurate information to R/D department to comment/secure the raw material sourcing in the new projects · Liaise with QA to guarantee that listed suppliers meet the technical specification expectations · Liaise on a daily base with the logistic supervisor to guarantee the raw material and ingredients deliveries without any production shortage · Monitor, communicate and administer procurement team performance and development plans and appraisals · Process purchase orders; develops bids and proposals; and reconcile any invoice discrepancies · Inventory and stock management by maintaining up to date the purchasing price along with date the raw material, ingredient and packaging codification.
