CFO OMAN FOR SHIPPING COMPANY You will be responsible for managing the financial actions of a company with the goal of protecting the Company’s revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth. Shall ensure implementation of any decision reached by the board and/or shareholders of the Employer and shall communicate to and carry out by the such decisions in accordance with and subject to the authority granted to the Employee. Shall assist the shareholders of the Employer in developing and monitoring the long-term business strategy of the group. Development the internal documents and policies of the Company, including but not limited to the corporate internal policies, internal regulations of the Company’s governing bodies, compliance internal procedures and corporate governance policies and delegation of authorities and supervise their due performance by other employees. Development a financial strategy, metrics tied to the overall group strategy, and the ongoing monitoring and development of control systems designed to report accurate financial results and preserve company assets. Develop, in collaboration with the board and shareholder(s) and Group Manager an annual business plan and/or Budget for the Employer and/or the Employer’s group Creation and development the effective relationships with banks, financial instructions, investors both in cash management and financing attraction and management To ensure the accuracy of financial statements and full compliance with all laws and regulations that influence the financial statements in all jurisdictions in which the company does business; Previous experience operating as a CFO, Head of Finance or Group Finance Manager. Experience from Banking, Leasing, Automotive or Corporate loans sectors is desired. Accounting qualifications desired.
