The COO will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring production efficiency, driving business growth, and implementing strategic initiatives to improve profitability. This leadership role requires expertise in poultry farming, supply chain management, financial oversight, and team leadership. Required: · Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Business Management, or a related field. · 10+ years of experience in poultry farming operations, agribusiness, or food production management. · Proven leadership experience in a COO, General Manager, or Senior Operations role. · Strong knowledge of layer/broiler farm management, poultry nutrition, and disease control. · Experience with financial management, cost control, and supply chain optimization. · Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. · Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities. · Knowledge of regulatory compliance, animal welfare, and food safety standards. Preferred: · Experience with large-scale poultry farms or vertically integrated operations. · Familiarity with farm automation, IoT technology, and data analytics for farm efficiency. · Strong network within the poultry industry (feed suppliers, distributors, regulators, etc.).
