Collaborate closely with the marketing department to develop targeted promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and product positioning initiatives aimed at modern trade audiences. Manage social media vs traditional marketing channels. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations in all sales activities. Smart, young, energetic and dynamic thinker. Minimum 15-20 years’ experience with minimum 10 years in East Africa (Uganda experience is mandatory). Experience in Strategic Planning of Sales Targets and Markets up to minimum 5 years forward supported by Strategic Business Plan Strong Powerpoint, Excel and Presentation skills Analytical skills to assess sales performance and market dynamics. IT Capabilities , in data analysis, people management in various regional markets including experience in using sales apps. Strong Marketing experience (including traditional and social media) and brand/customer loyalty management. Candidates with an FMCG background, particularly in daily commodity products such as sweets, edible oil, maize flour, sugar, and detergent powders are preferred.
