Vos principales missions sont les suivantes : - Gestion de tout le personnel de la Direction maintenance et technique (ouvriers, agents de maîtrise et cadres); - Initiation et réalisation de campagnes d'innovation technologique; - Préparation et suivi de tous les plannings essentiels de maintenance préventive et corrective des équipements, du matériel roulant, du patrimoine et des infrastructures, - Réalisation des études et préparation des budgets annuels d'investissements techniques; - Assurer la conformité permanente des matériels, équipements et infrastructures aux exigences réglementaires, - Veiller à assurer la conformité permanente de la norme ISO 9001-2015 - définir une politique HSE élevée.
