field · This position requires a strong technical background as well as substantial experience in the management of telecommunications · A proven leader with a strong technical/engineering understanding of International Long Distance, network operations and wireless telephony including VoIP, TDM, PSTN, and IP technologies · The incumbent must have direct experience in planning,
