Support, train and manage brew staff on all aspects of the job. Lead brewery tours and participate in interviews, and events when needed. Identify areas for improvement when it comes to efficiency, communication, processes, quality, etc. Maintain and organize all brewing records. Actively participate in and contribute to local, national and international beer and food events. Diploma from any recognized institution. 15+ years of commercial brewery experience. Expert knowledge of brewing processes, brewery science, and quality control. Track record of producing high-quality, commercial recipes and managing brewery processes. Experience leading a successful recipe development and optimizing recipe costs. Familiarity with brewery equipment and technology and ability to troubleshoot, maintain and fix all brewery equipment. Experience with packaging Ability to manage resources and staff. Excellent management and leadership skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Inherent desire to innovate and learn.
